本研究选用了性能稳定的硬性钨青铜型压电陶瓷驱动器作为驱动元件，从压电陶瓷驱动器迟滞产生的微观机理入手，通过对比硬性钨青铜型压电陶瓷驱动器和软性钙钛矿型压电陶瓷驱动器的晶体结构，研制出压电陶瓷驱动器抗迟滞驱动方法，设计了相应的软硬件装置以从实验结果上证明这种方法的正确性，并对其他影响定位精度的因素进行了特性标定实验。
